Over the past weeks, we’ve been working hard to bring all Ottawa Women’s Credit Union accounts over to Alterna. In fact, a representative may have tried to contact you. If you haven’t spoken to an Alterna representative yet about changing your account over to Alterna, you’ll be receiving a letter from us shortly.
The letter will advise you of the date of the account switch so you’ll be able to prepare properly, as well as any changes to your account.
Please note, once your account has been changed over to Alterna, you’ll need to visit alterna.ca to access online banking. If you need an online banking password, please call our Contact Centre at 1.877.560.0100, or visit any Alterna branch.
To ensure you stay up to date, we’ll be sending special communiqués by mail and email. If you’d prefer to only receive updates by email, please visit alterna.ca/StayInTouch to sign up (note: this list will ONLY be used for updates pertaining to important information about your accounts), and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book for delivery straight to your inbox.
